1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website (www.foundrysthelens.co.uk), purchasing tickets or event access, booking services, or attending The Foundry St Helens, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time; the latest version will always be available on our website.
2. About Us
The Foundry St Helens is a live events, food, retail, and entertainment venue operated by Steel Life (St Helens) Ltd (Company No. 13910720), registered in England and Wales, with its principal place of business at Chalon Way, St Helens, Merseyside WA10 1BF. Certain food and beverage operations at the venue are operated by Unity Events Ltd (Company No. 16682228), a related company within the same group.
3. Ticket Purchases & Bookings
3.1 General
- All ticket purchases are subject to availability and are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Confirmation of a booking constitutes a binding contract between you and The Foundry St Helens.
- You must be aged 18 or over to purchase tickets for 18+ events. We reserve the right to request valid photo ID.
3.2 Pricing
- All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- Booking fees applied by third-party ticketing platforms are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to change ticket prices without notice. Confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
3.3 Refunds & Cancellations
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by us.
- In the event of cancellation by us, a full refund of the face value of the ticket will be issued. Booking fees charged by third-party platforms are not refundable by us.
- If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend on the new date, you may request a refund of the face value within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.
- Tickets are non-transferable except where otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse entry if we reasonably believe a ticket has been transferred in breach of these terms.
4. Venue Entry & Conduct
By attending The Foundry St Helens, you agree to comply with the following:
- Valid ID may be required for entry to all events regardless of age.
- We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Any person who appears to be under 25 may be asked to provide valid photographic proof of age before being served alcohol.
- We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards antisocial behaviour, violence, racism, discrimination, harassment, or any other conduct that compromises the safety and enjoyment of other guests.
- Persons who are intoxicated upon arrival may be refused entry.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue at our absolute discretion without a right to refund.
- Professional photography or video recording of performances without prior written consent from the artist or promoter is not permitted.
- You enter the venue at your own risk. We accept no liability for loss or damage to personal property.
- Search conditions may be in operation at certain events. Refusal to comply with a search may result in denial of entry.
5. Age Restrictions
Many of our events and areas are restricted to persons aged 18 and over. Event-specific age restrictions will be clearly communicated at the point of sale. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure all attendees meet any applicable age requirement.
6. Food & Beverage
- No outside food or drink may be brought onto the premises unless for genuine medical or dietary need, evidenced on request.
- We endeavour to provide accurate allergen information at all food and drink outlets. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform staff of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering.
- Allergen information is available on request. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is entirely free from allergens.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on www.foundrysthelens.co.uk, including but not limited to text, images, logos, audio, and video, is the property of Steel Life (St Helens) Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We accept no liability for any loss of enjoyment, inconvenience, or indirect losses arising from changes to the event programme.
- Our total liability to you in connection with any event or service shall not exceed the face value of the ticket(s) purchased.
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Health & Safety
You must comply with all health and safety instructions given by venue staff or signage. In the event of an emergency, you must follow the instructions of the venue team. Failure to do so may result in removal from the venue.
10. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
